Jessica Hoch is an associate at Masserman & Ducey LLP.  She concentrates in civil litigation defense, including premises liability, landlord-tenant habitability, and a wide variety of personal injury matters.  She has extensive knowledge in state court litigation, including pre-trial motions, written discovery, depositions and trial motions.

Jessica completed her undergraduate studies at UCLA, where she graduated with honors in 2011, earning her Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Anthropology.  While completing her undergraduate studies, Jessica worked around the globe with fortune-500 companies in corporate events and sports broadcast media.  In 2015, she was recognized as 'Woman of the Year' by the National Association of Professional Women.  Her experience working with complex international contracts sparked her interest in pursuing a career in the field of law.

Jessica spent 5-years working in civil litigation prior to enrolling in law school.  While completing her juris doctorate, she continued to work full-time managing a civil litigation firm, supervising law clerks and assisting with a variety of legal matters, from the initial filing of the complaint, through attendance and participation at jury trials.  In 2018, Jessica received the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Constitutional Law, and, in 2020, Jessica was recognized with the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for her article on modern privacy rights and biometric data collection.  Jessica graduated from Southwestern Law School and was admitted to the California Bar in 2021.

In her spare time, Jessica flys Cessnas out of Van Nuys Airport, manages rental property, and raises two young daughters. She is also an avid animal lover and nature enthusiast, and a board member of the San Fernando Valley Historical Society.
