MASSERMAN & DUCEY LLP

Born and raised in Sacramento, Andrew McEwan is an associate at Masserman & Ducey.

 

At the University of California, Santa Barbara, Andrew studied Communications and Sport Management.  Graduating in 2014, Andrew worked in the entertainment industry for a late-night talk show here in Los Angeles.  After several years, Andrew decided to pursue his life-long dream of becoming a lawyer.

 

While in law school at the Caruso School of Law at Pepperdine University, Andrew clerked for the Pepperdine Legal Aid Clinic as well as the Pepperdine Community Justice Clinic, assisting economically disadvantaged clients and non-profit organizations.  Andrew also clerked at Parris Law Firm, assisting with the labor and employment law team, and at Farmers Insurance Company, assisting their Claims Litigation Department in Personal Injury and Habitability cases. After graduating from Caruso School of Law in the top third of his class, he was admitted to the California State Bar in 2022 and started practice as an attorney at Farmers Insurance in the personal injury Claims Litigation Department, before joining Masserman & Ducey.

 

Andrew is relentless and passionate in securing the best possible outcomes for his clients.  In his spare time, he loves playing pickleball and watching sports, specifically the San Francisco 49ers.
