Marshall A. Coyle
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Marshall Coyle joins Masserman & Ducey from a highly-regarded national insurance defense firm. In his 31 years of practicing law, Marshall has provided a wide array of services to his clients and has extensive experience in first and third-party insurance claims. Marshall has achieved successful outcomes at trial, arbitration, mediation and appeals. His current areas of concentration, primarily in the insurance defense setting, include motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, landlord-tenant habitability and real estate. Prior to becoming an attorney, Marshall obtained his California Fire & Casualty Broker – Agent/Life Agent and Real Estate Broker licenses.
Marshall attended Antioch University Los Angeles where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Marshall graduated from Whittier Law School Los Angeles in 1988 with highest honors. Marshall became a member of the State Bar of California in 1989 and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Central and Northern Districts of California.
When not working, Marshall enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, tennis and chess. He also belongs to a bowling league and is an active member in his church.
